The rules that protect guests
  • Honour every confirmed booking at the price shown. Don’t ask guests to pay again or pay outside Slistr.
  • If you cancel a guest: they get a full refund, you pay a {{ jn.penPct }}% fee (min XCD {{ jn.penMin }}) and any rebooking difference, and you drop in search for 90 days.
  • Three cancellations by you in 90 days suspends bookings.
